Anne Russell is Director of the company Synergies of Difference™. She is principal consultant and researcher exploring the synergies of leaders and teams in organisations, schools, families and individuals.
Synergies of Difference offers extended Jungian Type and social styles understanding of personality type methods for educators, facilitators, human resource and organisational development personnel. The practical tools and models Anne uses are interrelated and provide many ways to introduce typology information in safe and enticing ways.
Interstrength Associates' programs and methodologies are based on the Interstrength Method, developed under the leadership of Founder and President, Linda Berens, Ph.D.
Engaging with people globally, Anne participates in, and contributes to NoMad Meetings which provides revolutionary professional services to help organisations plan and run highly productive phone and videoconference meetings.
Photography
As a photographic judge with the Photographic Society of Queensland, Anne highlights how people use different strategies when they look at a photograph. Her Focus on Photography Courses are extremely popular as amateurs and professionals learn to employ the full potential of their remarkably intelligent digital cameras.
