Dr Anne Russell is director of Synergies of Difference and an Interstrength® Associate. Since 1999 she has taught Personality Type accreditation programs. Initially working with MBTI®, she now finds the Interstrength® multi-model approach provides a greater depth and additional tools to cater for a variety of clients. She specialises in facilitating the accreditation programs and consulting with organisations, schools and individuals to build healthy teams and relationships. Anne regularly presents her research with Personality Type at National and International Conferences.
